Privacy policy

Cactiform works with your models on your device. It doesn’t upload them to a server, and you don’t need an account to use it.

Your files

The app reads the files you choose and creates a new file when you export. It doesn’t change your originals. Files you open from iCloud Drive or save to another service are handled by that service.

Models stay in memory while the workspace is open. iOS may keep temporary copies of imported or exported files in the app’s storage. Removing the app removes that storage; files you saved elsewhere stay where you put them.

Purchases

Apple handles payment for Cactiform Pro. The app checks Apple’s purchase records to unlock exports and restore a purchase. Your payment details aren’t shared with the app’s developer.

Tracking

Cactiform has no ads, analytics SDKs, or tracking. It doesn’t send your models, filenames, or activity to the developer. Apple may share diagnostics with developers if you allow this in your device settings.

Getting in touch

If you email support, your address and anything you include are used to answer your message and investigate the problem. Please leave out private models unless they’re needed and you’re comfortable sharing them. You can ask for your support messages and attachments to be deleted.

This website

Cloudflare hosts these pages and processes connection information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. There are no advertising or analytics scripts on these pages.
