Opening a model

Tap Import files and choose an STL, OBJ, PLY, OFF, GLB, glTF, or 3MF file. Drag to turn the model, pinch to zoom, and use the fit button to bring it back into view.

Files must be 32 MB or smaller, with a maximum of 64 MB per import. Models can contain up to 500,000 triangles. Very complex files may still exceed your device’s available memory.

A file won’t open

Try a self-contained GLB or STL. Models that depend on separate texture or buffer files may not open. The app reads mesh geometry; some CAD and 3MF features aren’t supported.

Exporting

Viewing is free. Cactiform Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks STL, OBJ, PLY, OFF, GLB, and SCAD exports. Conversion keeps the mesh, but doesn’t preserve materials, animation, or the original CAD design history. Check the result and its units before printing or manufacturing.

SCAD export writes the mesh as points and faces. It doesn’t recreate editable design parameters. This version cannot open or render SCAD source files.

Restoring Pro

Open About → Cactiform Pro → Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that bought Pro and connect to the internet. If the price won’t load, close and reopen the app, then try again.
